Intake Process

How it works! OT Intake Process:

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form.

Step 2: Look out for an email from info@movetothrivetherapy.com to set up your free 20 minute phone consultation. This is to discuss your child's needs & outcomes you hope to achieve through OT services. It also helps determine if our services are a good fit for eachother!

Step 3: Schedule our initial evaluation together! This is typically in the home, scheduled for 1 hour. If tele-therapy is preferred, this can be performed remotely via Google Meet.

Step 4: Determine your child's next steps & create a plan of care for services if recommended. We will collaborate to determine a frequency, location, & time that works best for your child & family so we can get started right away!
